The BSCC School Principals’ Club meets once a month

On March 15, a think tank session was held on the topic of gender parity with Delphine Pouponneau, Group Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Orange. She shared her definition of gender parity with us and provided key statistics from Orange, highlighting their key challenge: increasing the number of women in technical and digital roles.

The goal of the presentation was to “inspire the DE students” and provide them with a broad overview of the economy, economic models, management, and so on…

Launched in September 2020, the School Principals’ Club brings together about 100 BSCC school principals (representing roughly one-quarter of all BSCC school principals) who are volunteers and committed to the organizational and managerial transformation of the BSCC…
