Charter of Commitment for Ambassadors of the “Un Une” Parity Network

The “Un Une” Parity Network aims to promote gender parity and, in doing so, drive change, innovation, and the values of progress to enhance corporate performance.

By signing this charter, I agree to:

1. Embody the values of our Network: Parity, Equity, Cross-Functionality, Commitment
2. Raise awareness and provide information on gender parity issues
3. Promoting a culture of gender equality
4. Combating Sexism and Gender Stereotypes
5. Work with my organization (institution, administration, region, etc.) to promote gender parity
6. Promote, publicize, and communicate about the events and initiatives organized by the Parity Network
7. Supporting best practices in workplace equality
8. Contribute to, encourage, and support our Network’s initiatives
9. Participate in Network events in my region or subsidiary, and get involved on a daily basis
10. Recruit new members to expand our reach
