Living Better: Equality and Financial Independence for Women—No Taboos—with Sibylle Le Maire

For this new episode of its show “On Equal Terms,” the Parity Network “Un Une” welcomes Sibylle Le Maire, founder of Club Landoy and executive director at Bayard.

She is convinced that equality also depends on economic independence and financial literacy, particularly for women.

Because economic inequalities take root at a very young age, the issue of financial education—particularly for girls—is central to her thinking. She advocates for women to have, throughout their lives, the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed choices, gain autonomy, and plan for their future with confidence and complete freedom.

Through her experience and her commitment, she invites us to reflect on a society in which living longer must also mean living better, by better anticipating the major demographic, economic, and societal challenges that are already shaping the world.

An open and candid discussion on longevity, financial literacy, and women’s economic independence—essential conditions for better understanding today’s challenges, laying the groundwork for tomorrow’s balance, and striving for true equality between women and men.
