EVIDENCES 2022 Replay

The “Un Une” Parity Network partnered for the second time with the “Evidences” event, organized last November by the inter-company network AME (Alliance for Gender Diversity in the Workplace), of which we are members. The event highlighted one of the key challenges central to the AME’s mission: “How can we attract, develop, and retain female talent?”

More than ever, companies are expected to increase the representation of women in their leadership ranks, yet they face real challenges in recruiting and retaining female talent. Here’s a closer look at some approaches that could help solve this dilemma.

To watch (or rewatch) the event, here are the highlights:

  1. Roundtable Discussion: How Can We Attract Female Talent?

“Men network a lot with other men, and women with other women. Since career opportunities depend heavily on one’s network, this is a factor that perpetuates inequalities,” Mahine Kraiem—President of the OLYMPE collective

  1. Roundtable Discussion: How Can We Develop and Retain Female Talent?

“The fact that companies rank the importance of women’s pay fourth illustrates the validity of the law. Women’s pay is not a pittance or pocket money—it is an income commensurate with their talent!” Marie-Pierre RIXAIN, Member of Parliament for Essonne, author, and rapporteur for the Act of December 24, 2021, aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality.

  1. Interview with Nicolas Dufourcq—CEO of bpifrance

Interview with Roland Lescure—Deputy Minister to the Minister of the Economy
