Conference: “Gender Parity: A Global Issue in the Postal Sector and Beyond”

The “Un Une” Parity Network of La Poste Group and the Directorate of European and International Relations invite you to learn about the challenges of gender parity in a global context and the policies implemented by various postal services regarding gender equality, featuring testimonials from female leaders around the world.

Program:

• Opening remarks by Valérie Decaux, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of La Poste Group in charge of Human Resources
• Remarks by Delphine Leroy, European Commission Spokesperson for France, on the European context and the European Commission’s initiatives on gender equality
• Roundtable Discussion: “Gender Parity in the Global Context: Testimonials from Women Leaders”
  • Julia Pavlenko, Director of the International Operations Department – La Poste
  • Yan Jin Zhuang, Director of Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas – La Poste Group

This conference will be followed by a luncheon reception starting at 1:30 p.m. at the Forum.
