Florence Sandis is a journalist, coach, trainer, and consultant.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, with a DESS in Audiovisual Communication from the Sorbonne and a degree from the École Centrale d’Hypnose de Paris, Florence Sandis specializes in talent development. She founded the consulting firm Brisez le plafond de verre and leads conferences, training sessions, and coaching sessions.

Committed to advancing gender equality in organizations, she is also president of mediaClub’Elles, an association of media professionals.

She is the author of several books, including *Break Through the Glass Ceiling: 12 Keys to Women’s Success* (Editions Michel Lafon).
