Rethink diversity to benefit everyone!

How can we shift our perspective to discuss gender diversity in a way that benefits everyone, without reducing the discussion to women's roles?

Diversity and gender equality are key issues when working in the "Diversity & Inclusion" field.

Old laws—and an ever-increasing number of them—aggressive actions, glaring injustices, and yet a situation that is improving, albeit very slowly.

The wage gap, the glass ceiling, and everyday sexism are all persistent issues in a climate that can become frustrating for both men and some women, because the discourse and actions are often limited to “women” rather than gender diversity as a whole.

So how can we shift our perspective to discuss gender diversity in a way that serves everyone, without reducing the issues to the role of women? This is the case, for example, with self-censorship or work-life balance.
