Florence Sandis is a journalist, coach, trainer, and consultant.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, the Sorbonne’s DESS program in Audiovisual Communication, and the École Centrale d’Hypnose de Paris, Florence Sandis specializes in supporting talented individuals. She founded the consulting firm Brisez le plafond de verre and leads conferences, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
Committed to advancing gender equality in organizations, she is also President of mediaClub’Elles, an association of media professionals.
She is the author of several books, including “Brisez le plafond de verre: 12 clés pour réussir au féminin” (Editions Michel Lafon).
