Event in the Centre-Val de Loire region: “Achieving Gender Parity: We All Have a Role to Play”

On Wednesday, November 20, an inspiring event dedicated to gender parity was held in the Centre-Val de Loire region. The day featured an inspiring lecture and numerous personal accounts.

The event, organized jointly by the BSCC, the BGPN, the CREC, and the DRG with support from the PRC Centre-Val de Loire, brought together more than 150 participants from nine entities within the La Poste Group.

Speaker Florence Sandis led a session titled “Break Through the Glass Ceiling,” encouraging everyone to overcome personal and sociocultural barriers.

This event marked, in particular, the launch of the Parity Network in the Centre-Val de Loire region and the presentation of its first initiatives, featuring testimonials during a roundtable discussion centered on three themes: developing skills with managerial support, daring to chart one’s own path, and overcoming obstacles.

A success story for the Centre-Val de Loire region!
