Meeting with 3 business networks & update on the “Un Une” network

At the initiative of Anne-Laure Bourn, who heads a task force on gender equality and diversity under Philippe Wahl, CEO of La Poste Group, the “Un Une” Parity Network met with three other networks: Anne-Sophie Nomblot from SNCF Mixité, Anne-Sophie Béraud of Riise (Accor Group), and Corinne Aubry-Lecompte of La Fabrique de (Casino Group).

They agreed to answer our three questions: to present their networks using a few key figures, to share the value they bring to their companies, and finally to discuss their keys to success.

Three networks that have been in existence for over 10 years, of varying sizes and with different operating models—they are true sources of inspiration!

This was also an opportunity to check in with Cécile Courtaud about the “Un.e” network after three years of operation, and to discuss the network’s goals for the coming weeks.
