The “Un Une” Parity Network: Women and Men Committed to Gender Parity

The "Un Une" Parity Network: A Strategic Catalyst for Transformation at La Poste Group

Our approach is rooted in a vision guided by strong values (equality, inclusion, diversity) that align with La Poste’s commitments as a purpose-driven company.

With more than 230,000 employees throughout France and internationally, La Poste Group reflects society as a whole. We are committed to setting an example and leading the way on gender parity, to demonstrate that if this is possible for a large Group like ours, it is possible for any company—and beyond.

Founded in 2019, the Parity Network aims to communicate, convince, and demonstrate to the women and men of La Poste Group that women belong in every role—whether operational, technical, or executive.

We represent all sectors of activity (banking, insurance, logistics, digital technology and Artificial Intelligence, retail, the post office network, healthcare, personal services, energy transition, etc.). The “Un Une” Parity Network is active across all lines of business within the La Poste Group and has an internal presence in Mainland France, the French Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM), and internationally.

We take a holistic approach, considering all aspects in order to have a tangible impact on society and drive change in support of gender parity and professional equality between women and men.

Chaired by a member of the Executive Committee, it is supported by 14 members of the Steering Committee, 20 delegates representing all regions and international subsidiaries, as well as nearly 800 dedicated ambassadors from across the Group’s business lines and 31,000 members.

The Parity Network community is:
