January Editorial by Aurore Mayer: We Have Everything We Need to Succeed!

A new year is beginning.

It’s time to make wishes and set resolutions for the future.
It’s also time to recognize the work accomplished over the past few months and to thank everyone who has contributed to the results achieved by our “Un Une” network.

And what results! In just one year, we’ve more than doubled the number of ambassadors. Congratulations to everyone who has decided to commit to gender parity within our Group by taking on the responsibility of embodying and bringing the network to life at the heart of our regions and business lines.

2024 was also a year of many initiatives: the launch of a hit podcast, “A part Egale,” the creation of the Parity Awards, which highlighted twenty-four innovative projects in France and around the world, an event that brought together thousands of people for International Women’s Day, the testing of a pilot awareness-raising program aimed at men, regional meetings, discussions among Ambassadors about projects that are fundamental to our network, and many other initiatives as well…

The year 2024 also marked Philippe Dorge’s tenure as Chair; he is now passing the baton to Marie-Aude Dubanchet, the Group’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Communications. This close alignment between our network and the company’s leadership stems from a shared commitment among our executives to make gender parity a lasting part of the Group’s strategic priorities and to rely on the members of “Un Une” to turn this vision into a concrete reality for each and every one of us.

Here is our mission for 2025: to foster a culture of commitment to gender parity throughout our Group. Our network is now well-structured, enjoys support at the highest levels, has taken its rightful place within the ecosystem of gender-equality networks at major French companies (starting with our big cousin, Alter Egales), and, above all, draws strength from your energy, your ideas, and your ambition.

So now more than ever, LET’S BE BOLD! Let’s be bold in voicing our commitment, organizing events across the Group’s entities, launching projects, and promoting our network—and, through it, our entire company, which is dedicated to progress.
