September Editorial by Aurore Mayer: Nurturing Regions and Agricultural Professions Toward Gender Parity
Your “Un Une” Parity Network began a new chapter in its history in early 2024.
Among our commitments for this new era is the expansion of our network’s geographical coverage. Indeed, we all share a strong conviction: to advance gender parity, we must embed this issue everywhere—at the heart of our companies’ operations, where performance is achieved.
We also wanted to establish a community of Parité delegates representing the diversity of our entities and subsidiaries throughout the regions. There are 19 of them—women and men—tasked with leading the group of ambassadors to bring the Parity Network to life locally and to foster and support initiatives in the regions. The Parité delegates share best practices to influence the entire ecosystem in order to accelerate progress toward gender diversity and gender equality.
They first met in July, and they are all dedicated, motivated, and eager to hear your great ideas. You’ll find their contact information on our website. So don’t hesitate to reach out to them!
As we begin this new school year, I’d like to welcome our new Gender Equality Representatives, our Ambassadors, the members of our network, and all the dedicated women and men in our Group. I wish you all a new school year marked by ambition, energy, and creativity as we propose initiatives and build momentum for our movement.
Have a great start to the school year!
Aurore Mayer, Director of the “Un Une” Parity Network
