What if this summer were the right time to start preparing your application for the 2026 Parity Awards?

After two highly successful inaugural editions, the Parity Network Awards are back in 2026 with the same ambition: to recognize those throughout the Group who are making tangible progress toward gender equality.

What if summer were actually the perfect time to take the plunge?

A trend that is already well established

Since their inception two years ago, the Parity Awards have established themselves as a highlight of the Parity Network, showcasing the richness, diversity, and commitment of initiatives carried out across the country. Featuring more than twenty projects at its launch, followed by fourteen projects in 2025, the quality of the submissions made a lasting impression, ultimately leading to the creation of a new award, the “Prix Espoir,” designed to recognize particularly promising initiatives.

This event, which was both unifying and inspiring, highlighted concrete actions ranging from awareness-raising to structural measures, including managerial projects and local initiatives rooted in the teams’ day-to-day work. The event “Achieving Gender Parity: We All Have a Role to Play!” in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the action plan “Parity 360°” by SEUR, and the women’s mentoring program “Girlz in the Bank” program by La Banque Postale, and the initiatives “Gender Parity at Colissimo” by the BSCC Colissimo teams were recognized in 2024.

In 2025, it will be the turn of the teams from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and their project “A Different Perspective on Gender Parity”, as well as Docaposte Tunisia and its initiative “Leading by Example: Equitable Hiring and Career Paths”, the initiative “Afterwork: Women and Fraud” by the Directorate for Fraud Prevention and Combating, the “ #Respect” awareness campaign by La Poste Immobilier, and finally the “DODT 2025 Gender Parity” from the Directorate of Operations and Territorial Development—all of which were commended by the jury.

Beyond recognition, these trophies foster a genuine sense of collective momentum: they inspire, promote best practices, and encourage new initiatives to emerge.

So, let's head to the 3rd annual Parity Awards:

The third edition of the Parity Awards is part of a well-established initiative with a clear goal: to continue identifying, recognizing, and promoting initiatives that tangibly advance equality within the Group. Whether you’re leading an awareness campaign, driving changes in managerial practices, managing a local project, or implementing a structural initiative, your project has a place here. Summer can be a time to step back, revisit past efforts, assess the progress made, and identify projects that may have flown under the radar but are nonetheless making a real impact.

By applying, you’ll raise awareness of your commitment, share your ideas, and contribute to a movement that extends beyond your immediate circle.

The nomination campaign will run from September 1 to October 16, 2026; you will need to submit an application highlighting your achievements. The awards will be presented during the ceremony to be held on December 8.

Every initiative counts, as long as it helps advance workplace equality and gender parity. More than just a ceremony, the Parity Awards embody a collective effort, where every contribution fuels the shared momentum.

So this summer, take the time to take stock and look ahead, and dare to showcase what you’ve built as the new school year begins: the 2026 Parity Awards are waiting for you.
