Negotiation is key to personal and professional success.

Negotiating means (re)taking control of one’s destiny—for each and every one of us, and especially for women, whose life paths are still too often dictated by social and professional norms and stereotypes.
Negotiating—whether it’s your career, your salary, a business contract, a crisis, or a family disagreement—is a skill that can be learned. It’s not a matter of gender, power, or simply self-confidence: it’s a skill accessible to everyone, one that develops throughout life.

Organized by the nonprofit organization ADN Women, this free event—open to everyone—aims to make negotiation techniques and strategies more accessible to women.
The guests, Fanny Auverny-Bennetot, a member of the Executive Committee and Director of Information and Communication at the CAF, and Florence Guillaume, a gender advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office, will share their experiences and best practices that enable them to make a difference every day. Each topic will be analyzed by professional negotiator Silvia Bravard-Meunier.
The co-chairs of ADN Women, Karin Raguin (VP of Talent & Special Projects for the LVMH Group) and Aurélie Dhomps (CHRO at Chaumet), will moderate the discussions and Q&A sessions with the guests.
