Our career choices affect our lives… and also the financial balance within couples. This conference is intended for men and women who want to understand the factors that threaten financial balance and equality in relationships, identify and raise awareness about risky professional situations, and implement strategies to restore balance.

There are those who have adopted the rule that “each person takes turns moving forward,” and those in which career advancements often involve the same person time and again. This inevitably leads to disparities in pay and wealth. Often invisible during a couple’s life together, these disparities become glaringly apparent in the event of a separation or bereavement. So how can we achieve true financial equality?

Financial Literacy Parity,

Mini Bio

Héloïse Bolle, a former business journalist, is the founder and CEO of Oseille & Compagnie, an independent financial consulting firm. She develops practical solutions to preserve or restore financial balance and equality in relationships. She also offers workshops to help people better understand how our finances work (budgeting, credit, financial markets, taxes, managing money as a couple, and more).
