Online Conference with Claire Laloyaux

Webinar with Claire Laloyaux – “Are Emotions the Cornerstone of Gender Equality?” – Friday, September 22, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Pitch

What if achieving gender equality started with better emotional management?

Fostering emotional equality between girls and boys from an early age would lay the foundation for greater equality at home, in school, in college, in the workplace, and in society as a whole.

In this new conference organized by La Poste’s “Un Une” Parity Network, Claire Laloyaux will summarize the economic, sociological, and neuroscientific studies that show how emotional capital can serve as a catalyst for human and social capital, leading to a more peaceful society that is more effective both economically and socially.

How can we help our children—girls and boys alike—understand and embrace their emotions from a very young age, regardless of gender?

And how can we develop the emotional skills we’re lacking to inspire our teams and those around us to do the same?

Claire Laloyaux will offer us practical solutions that we can implement to promote emotional balance in our daily lives.

Brief Bio

It was during her early career as a food engineer that Claire realized the need to bring emotional management back to the forefront of businesses, management practices, and, more broadly, individuals.

A Caycedian sophrologist, coach, trainer, and speaker, she has been guiding people for more than 15 years now in their search for meaning, well-being, and personal and professional fulfillment, with the goal of fostering the sustainable development of individuals, businesses, and society as a whole.

Convinced that emotional intelligence must be developed from an early age, she also writes books to help people of all ages better manage their emotions—and thus live better lives.
