Meeting of the Steering Committee of the “Un Une” Parity Network: An Ambitious Program for Equality

On June 6, 2024, the “Un Une” Parity Network convened its new Steering Committee for the first time at La Poste Group headquarters. Composed of representatives from various divisions, subsidiaries, and business lines, this committee aims to take stock of past achievements and set broad strategic directions to promote gender parity and professional equality between women and men.

A roundtable discussion allowed each participant to share their thoughts and suggestions, helping to strengthen the Parity Network’s strategies—such as making an impact on young people and society, promoting a culture of equality, and defining KPIs to measure the success of gender parity.

The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to continue working toward gender equality in the workplace. The participants expressed their determination to implement the actions discussed and to continue supporting the mission of the “Un Une” Parity Network.
