Description:
Negotiation is key to personal and professional success.
Negotiating means (re)taking control of one’s destiny—for each and every one of us, and especially for women, whose life paths are still too often dictated by social and professional norms and stereotypes.
Negotiating—whether it’s your career, your salary, a business contract, a crisis, or a family disagreement—is a skill that can be learned. It’s not a matter of gender, power, or just self-confidence: it’s a skill accessible to everyone, one that develops throughout life.
Organized by the nonprofit organization ADN Women, this event aims to make negotiation techniques and strategies more accessible to women.
Guests Hiba Farès, Managing Director of the RATP Group in charge of Station Operations, marketing, and digital transformation, and Charlotte Girard Fabre, a former international ice hockey referee ranked by Forbes among the world’s most inspiring women, will share their experiences and best practices that enable them to make a difference every day. Each topic will be analyzed by professional negotiator Silvia Bravard-Meunier.
Karin Raguin (Vice President of Talent and Special Projects for the LVMH Group) and Aurélie Dhomps (Chief Human Resources Officer at Chaumet) will lead the discussions and take questions from the guests.
