Patrick Scharnitzky is offering a webinar that addresses a series of questions people commonly ask about the differences between women and men.

Patrick Scharnitzky holds a Ph.D. in social psychology. As a university lecturer for 13 years, he taught various concepts in social psychology
: identity, intergroup conflict, social influence, communication, and more.

He is currently an associate director and speaker at Alternego. As a speaker for the EVE program, he speaks at major events focused on diversity.

He assists companies with all aspects of diversity management (including knowledge transfer, consulting, and R&D). He also addresses issues related to collective decision-making biases and the paradoxes of cooperation.
