Florence Sandis is a journalist, coach, trainer, and consultant.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, with a DESS in Audiovisual Communication from the Sorbonne and a degree from the École Centrale d’Hypnose de Paris, Florence Sandis specializes in talent development. She founded the consulting firm “Break the Glass Ceiling” and leads conferences, training sessions, and coaching sessions.

Committed to advancing gender equality in organizations, she also serves as president of médiaClub’Elles, an association of media professionals.

She is the author of several books, including *Break Through the Glass Ceiling: 12 Keys to Success for Women* (Editions Michel Lafon).
