This event will bring together ambassadors from our two networks, allowing us to present our respective initiatives and discuss opportunities for national and local collaboration.

Alter Egales is the Caisse des Dépôts Group’s gender diversity network. Established in 2011, it continues to develop a proactive policy promoting diversity, breaking down silos, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within the Group, and helps advance equality.

Alter Egales is, above all, a space for its members to meet and exchange ideas through its programs and various communication channels.

The network’s mission is to share experiences and career paths, forge connections among all entities of the Caisse des Dépôts Group, and thereby contribute to its transformation.

Thanks to its regional and subsidiary teams, Alter Égales operates nationwide and brings together more than 2,300 employees who are convinced that gender diversity is key to the progress of our society.
