La Banque Postale has joined Financi’Elles

The Federation of Networks Dedicated to Promoting Women in Finance is celebrating its 10th anniversary. It is also unveiling a charter of renewed commitments.

Marion Rouso, Chief Executive Officer of Retail Banking and a member of the Executive Board at La Banque Postale, signed the Financi’Elles charter along with 12 other bankers and insurance executives in the presence of Christine Lagarde.

La Banque Postale, with a strong commitment to social responsibility at its core, is particularly dedicated to diversity and equal opportunity. While today’s results are encouraging—with La Banque Postale scoring 97 out of 100 on the Professional Equality Index—efforts must nevertheless continue.
