La Banque Postale is taking steps to join the #JamaisSansElles campaign

How can we put equality into practice in our daily lives?

Last November, La Banque Postale joined Financi’Elles through the Parity Network (read the article by here!). Today, it is taking steps to join the #JamaisSansElles campaign! To that end, it has set several goals:

• No longer participate in events, debates, expert panels, or roundtables where there are no women, whether internally or externally.
• Propose concrete measures to promote women’s equal participation and visibility at all levels of responsibility, particularly in decision-making bodies.
