Three new coins featuring the likenesses of remarkable women

Simone Veil, Marie Curie, and Josephine Baker are the new faces on the French 10-, 20-, and 50-centime coins. The three women, who are also interred in the Panthéon, were depicted by the designer at the Monnaie de Paris in the image of the “Republican Sower” looking toward the future.
