Our regions are celebrating International Women’s Day

PACA – The PACA ambassadors organized a week dedicated to gender parity and professional equality between women and men, featuring a kickoff seminar attended by the HR Director and the Director of General Affairs, the release of a gender parity manifesto, testimonials from postal workers, and numerous workshops. About 100 postal workers participated.

Centre-Val de Loire—More than thirty ambassadors signed the “Un Une” Parity Network commitment charter during their first meeting on March 6. What a wonderful way to celebrate women’s rights!

CNP – A week of events held in March around International Women’s Day, featuring an event bringing together managers to promote gender parity and three forums open to everyone to raise awareness about the Parity Network and our initiatives.

La Poste Museum – On March 7, a preview tour of the exhibition “Women.” They were able to attend the exhibition’s opening and witness the creation of a work by artist Carole B.: a collage featuring Joséphine Baker, a woman committed to equality.

Docapost – On March 12, Master Dev France took place—the largest live coding competition in France, organized by Docapost—bringing together more than 1,500 developers and over 5,000 visitors, who were able to experience several highlights: pitches by women in tech and Aurore Mayer’s participation in the roundtable discussion “Can tech careers be built without gender diversity?” Notably, one woman was among the 10 winners of the live coding competition! (Women made up only 10% of participants—there is still a long way to go.)
