A hackathon to address the underrepresentation of women in the role of establishment director

The BSCC’s HR Director is using the hackathon to address the underrepresentation of women in the role of school principal. On July 6, about 40 people from various disciplines gathered to propose ideas for doubling the number of female school principals by 2025. Divided into four focus groups, the day proved fruitful for the participants, much to the satisfaction of Anne-Laure Bourn and Yves Arnaudo.

In the end, three projects will enter the incubation phase starting in September to bring the ideas discussed to life. Join us on December 7 to learn about the proposed initiatives! Until then, check out this video recap of a day full of insightful discussions!
