This first edition of Café des Femmes was filled with lively conversation and sisterhood

The first Women’s Café organized by the “Un Une” Parity Network recently provided an informal, confidential, and supportive space for our ambassadors and several female executives from La Poste. This event, described as “warm and constructive” by the participants, fostered enriching discussions about women’s career paths—covering both the obstacles they’ve faced and the opportunities for growth that help them move forward.

The discussions focused in particular on parenting (balancing career and family life, mental load, returning from leave), career transitions (daring to change paths, reinventing oneself, pursuing training), and the importance of sisterhood in supporting one another. Marie-Aude Dubanchet, president of the Réseau “Un Une”, and several female leaders from the Steering Committee also shared their experiences and advice to inspire and encourage one another.

This event demonstrated the strength of the network and the collective desire to move forward together. And given the success of this first edition, one thing is certain: this is just the beginning!
