The “Un Une” Parity Network Parity Awards Ceremony is Coming Soon

Launched in 2024, the “Un Une” Parity Awards recognize the most daring, impactful, and inspiring projects led by teams within our company to advance gender equality.

Building on the success of the first edition, during which the Colissimo team (Grand Prize), the teams from the Centre-Val-de-Loire region (Cross-Functional Collaboration Trophy), the SEUR teams (Impact Trophy), and Girlz in Ze Bank from La Banque Postale (People’s Choice Trophy), the trophies are returning at the end of 2025.

The list of winners is under embargo until December 9, the date of the awards ceremony. But we can already tell you that the jury had to choose among some truly outstanding projects submitted from all regions—including internationally—and across all industries!

To celebrate the gender equality champion teams with us, be sure to mark the date of the Parity Awards ceremony in your calendars: Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
