La Poste Group Partners with the EVE International Program

The EVE Program, a leadership seminar for “enlightened” women and men, will hold its 11th edition from September 29 to October 1, 2021, in Evian!

For the very first time, La Poste Group will be an official partner of this event, which will feature some 30 other companies (Danone, SNCF, KPMG, Crédit Agricole, Thales, Axa, BNP, Accor, etc.) will be taking part—for a total of more than 300 participants, including 30 from La Poste Group.

The EVE Program was launched in 2010 at the initiative of the Danone Group:

• based on the observation that Danone women share responsibility for the existence of the glass ceiling,
• and centered on one key issue: daring to be more authentically yourself so you can take action and grow more easily within the company.

With this in mind, a cross-company leadership seminar has been created, based on the premise that working on oneself and being challenged is the best way to improve one’s performance and drive change.

The program is organized around three themes:

• DARE TO BE YOURSELF: Find your center, trust yourself, and let your talents shine
• OPTIMIZE your relationships with others in your professional and personal life
• BE INSPIRED by unique leadership experiences
