The Winners of the Parity Network “Un Une” Awards

🏆The “Un Une” Parity Network Grand Prize, presented by Valérie Decaux, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of human resources at La Poste Group, was awarded to the Colissimo team for their efforts to promote gender equality.

🏆 The Cross-Functional Cooperation Award, presented by Philippe Dorge, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Services-Mail-Packages Division and First Chair of the “Un Une” Parity Network, was won by the teams from the Centre-Val-de-Loire region for

🏆 Congratulations to the SEUR teams on winning the Impact Award, presented by Bruno Echardour, the Group’s Chief Information Officer.

🏆The “Coup de Cœur” Award was presented by Aurore Mayer, director of the “Un Une” Parity Network, to the Girlz in the Bank teams at La Banque Postale for their women’s mentoring program.

Inspiring Stories

Emmanuelle Mourey, Chair of the LBPAM Executive Board and Chair of La Financière de l’Échiquier; Bruno Echardour, the Group’s Chief Information Officer; Loïc Bonhoure, Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Acquisitions at Geopost; and Olivia Amozig-Bello, Director of Strategy and Industrial Transformation at BSCC, shared their inspiring insights during the roundtable discussion and highlighted the initiatives being implemented to promote gender equality in the workplace—both within their respective sectors and more broadly across the Group.

The New Presidency

Marie-Aude Dubanchet, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of communications and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee, succeeds Philippe Dorge as president of the “Un Une” Parity Network.

2024 in Pictures: A Look Back

We also took a look back at a video retrospective of some of the initiatives carried out by the “Un Une” Parity Network in 2024:

🚀 Launch of the “Un Une” Parity Network in the regions, featuring conferences on stereotypes and everyday sexism, as well as HR workshops, with our regional Parity Delegates.

🎓 Outreach activities at prestigious universities and colleges, and participation in the “elles bougent” program to introduce young women to careers as engineers and technicians.

🎒 Training programs aimed at achieving gender parity: for women to break through the glass ceiling; for everyone to become aware of stereotypes; for men to put themselves in a woman’s shoes; and for Ambassadors on sexism to learn how to respond and raise awareness. ✨ 400 people have been trained this year!

🎉 Events, such as those held on International Women’s Rights Day, featuring Marie-Pierre Rixain, Brigitte GRESY, Véronique Saubot, and Vivara Zambernardi for the preview screening of the film “Tu ris trop fort ” (1,200 attendees), or the screening of the film “Les femmes de la Terre” attended by Edouard Bergeon.

🎧 The launch of the podcast “A part Egale,” available on all platforms and on La Poste Group’s YouTube channel, where we’ve already welcomed some notable guests: Marie-Cécile Naves, Candice Prevost, Maitena Biraben, Ester Jean-Claude, Hortense Harang, and Maxime Ruszniewski, who shared their perspectives on gender equality.
